Panamint Springs Motel & Tents
40440 Highway 190, Panamint Springs, CA 92328, United States of America – Great location - show map
Cabin is good, tent is good but would do to try getting rid of stains on the mattress if possible. appreciate the provided bed sheet.

Good location, nice view, clean room. I may visit again..

Make sure you get a cabin hahahaha. They have ac units

The location is good and easily accessible, very close to the sights of Death Valley National Park. Shared bathroom and also restaurant bathroom are very clean and nothing was missing. We slept in a tent and it is a great way to spend a night in nature and wake up to a beautiful morning. I also have to give the highest praise to the property (or at least the restaurant, am not sure if all together) owner, Ben. Very positive, knowledgeable, fun and talkative man, that was also kind enough to extend the kitchen and bar working hours for us just so we could have dinner and a drink when we were somewhat late for the check in. Amazingly friendly.

This was an overnight stop on way to Death Valley, arrived after office closed, checkin docs were on the door directing me to my tent. The tents are on concrete slabs, cots and bedding clean, ready for use. Checkout the next morning was simple and quick once the office opened at 7am.

Rustic, warm atmosphere and extremely clean facilities. Unexpected trip and the stay made the trip perfect.

Great location, nice staff, comfortable facilities. You will sleep and eat well, the bathrooms/showers are adequate. The location offers an excellent access to Death Valley and all kinds of places around Lone Pine.

Location is perfect for night sky watching and start or end the trip at Death valley.

Nice king cabin. Good pression in shower. Near the park. Good food in the restaurant. Staff was nice and accommodating (store was closed when we arrived but they still sold us food).

The two person tent with padded cot & linens was quite comfortable & roomy while still giving me the camping experience. The breakfast burritos sold at the gas station market were delicious.

1. Is there heating system needed for the night? We plan to be there by 30 December and we’d like to get a tent for 2. 2. Do the beds have sheet and pillow? I can’t see them from the pics. There is no power in the tents, therefore, there is no heating system except for a campfire. The tents have cots inside them and you may choose to bring your own bedding or rent bedding at $10.00 USD a set. A bedding set includes a pillow and a sleeping bag.Asked about: Small Tent • Answered on October 23, 2019
