Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and clean. Amenities were first class. The beach was beautiful with a great view of the ocean from our balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware so it saved room for packing. I highly recommend and plan to come back during spring break.

The kitchen had all the amenities that one would need for a vacation stay, specifically a coffee maker! The view of the Destin beach was beautiful from both the living room and bedroom both of which had access to a balcony. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddy pool and a hot tub to enjoy. Also free covered parking. Several great places to eat in walking distance.

All beaches, pools, hot tubs, gym's etc are currently open. New additional pool that is being built on the South Side will be completed by end of 2020. We are following CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitation of our units. Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal family resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, right on the beach. Perfect getaway for your family! It is conveniently located, only 2,5 miles from the HarborWalk Village and few minutes away from the shops, restaurants, golf clubs and bars. Water & adventure park, Big Kahuna's is located right across the street. The Resort has free closed parking, heated indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna and steam room, beach services, beachside Tiki Bar, video game room, tennis courts and outdoor grills. We rent 5 units in Pelican Beach Resort. A two bedroom at 4th floor, two 1 bedroom condo's at 11th floor and one 1 bedroom condo at 5th floor and another one at 16th floor.
We love beach vacations as a family and have been looking for a white sand beach location to have a vacation home. We loved Destin at first sight and visit every year a couple of times for our family vacations. We have purchased units in Pelican Beach Resort because of their great ocean views. I will answer inquiries the same day, usually within 1 hour.
We are very close to Destin Downtown and Marina. Plenty of restaurants. around.
