This beautiful brick home has a basement 2 car garage, and two additional levels to provide enough space for multi-family guests. It is located on 4 acres of beautiful scenery including a pond filled with geese and ducks swimming. It is conventionally located just minutes from shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues, ball parks, WKU, and The National Corvette Museum. This is the perfect place to get married or have an event. Check with the host on great packages for the house and evens up to 100 people. The property has a grill, firepit, basketball goal, and room for outdoor games. The garage is equipped with vacuum and pressure washer to keep Corvettes shining and clean. Book now for spring weddings and receive great package deals including tables and outdoor tents.
