Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Little Italy! Our apartment is perfect for couples or solo travelers who want to experience the best of San Diego. We know how frustrating it can be to find parking in the city, so we're offering free parking for our guests. You will have a designated driveway parking space for one car! The apartment features a comfortable king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a TV and high-speed internet with an open space floor plan, dining table with seating for four, large comfy chairs with a Sofa that pulls out to a queen mattress. There is also a small desk for remote working. Located in the vibrant Little Italy neighborhood, you'll have access to some of the city's best restaurants, cafes, and bars. The famous Little Italy Farmer's Market is just a few blocks away, where you can enjoy fresh produce, artisanal goods, and live music. And if you want to explore other parts of San Diego, our apartment is conveniently located near public transportation and major highways. Experience the charm of Little Italy with the added convenience of free parking in this unbeatable location! There is free access to a washer and dryer in a laundry room from inside the home! For parking, your assigned space for one car will be on the left side of the driveway of the front building in front of the garage. NOTE: Please be aware that the entire area is directly in the flight path for the San Diego Airport. There are planes landing throughout the day, including three to five during the night from 11 PM to 5:30 AM, before the regular routes pick back up at 6 AM. ***Unit has triple-pane windows which drastically reduce the sound! -We would love to host your stay if this won't trouble your enjoyment too much!
