Additionally, guests will be granted access to shared pools (heated, indoor, outdoor, children's pool), hot tub, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, fitness center, charcoal grills, and pool spa. This project will require removal of the foundation of the lobby floor, which will produce some level of noise in the general area. The project will not impact the main building or the units.
