Enjoy a deck where you can survey the fall foliage, a fireplace on cozy winter nights, and easy walking access to a shared indoor pool, a hot tub, saunas, a gym, racquetball and tennis courts, and a game room at the nearby Piper Club!

This townhome is part of Piper Ridge, a residential community just over three miles east of the base of Stratton Mountain. When you're not hopping on the shuttle for a day of skiing and snowboarding, you'll be less than half a mile from the Piper Club, where you can play pool, Ping-Pong, and foosball. Come summer, you can tee off at the Stratton Mountain Golf Course (two miles west) or spend your days hiking, mountain biking, and taking scenic lift rides. Manchester is also only 15 miles west, where you can find the Designer Outlets and Hildene (a former Lincoln family home).
