Apparently booking with booking.com when you chose the breakfast included package it only includes the continental breakfast but after our disappointment and confusion, they did give us the American breakfast. From a customer service standpoint this was a phenomenal move and we will definitely come back. ❤️

A special thank you to Aya and Savannah for going above and beyond to help celebrate my birthday with cookies, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. A big shout out to the entire breakfast staff as well. Loved the Eventide festivities too. The entire experience was awesome and we will e back.
