This bright and welcoming Bonita Springs condo features close beach access with a private shuttle! This retreat is perfect for a memorable family getaway. Enjoy the evenings on the covered screened in patio, or beat the heat while relaxing inside with the central A/C. Things to Know Starting May 6th until September 2nd, the roofs will be replaced for each building at the complex including the pool pavilion roof. This timeline may change due to weather and the availability of materials. The private beach shuttle runs from November to May. Beginning March 31, 2024, Bonita Bay's private beach park will be closed due to a renovation project that is slated to be completed by late 2025. The private beach shuttle will also be down for maintenance from March 31, 2024, until April 15, 2024. The shuttle will take guests to Lover's Key Park and Doc's Beach House instead during this renovation. This timeline may change due to weather, turtle nesting season, and/or availability of materials. The entrance fee for Lover's Key Park is only covered during this time if you take the shuttle.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
