The space This room can sleep 2 guests, as it has 1 queen bed and single futon. In the room you will find a complimentary coffee station for our guests who like to start their morning with a cup of coffee or tea. We also provide a microwave for you to heat leftovers or snacks, as well as a mini fridge to store drinks during this hot Summer. The private bathroom is stocked with fresh soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash. Outside, you have direct access to the backyard with lounge chairs, a pool and jacuzzi. This room has its own entrance and parking spot. Additional guests will likely occupy others rooms and myself and the owner will also be on the premises to assist you during your stay. Other things to note: If you see paw prints outside, don’t fear! I have a sweet husky who is 2 years old, very friendly and excited to welcome you as a guest.
The stay is located within 15 minutes of most restaurants, beaches and attractions. On the room, you will find a folder of most of the places such as beaches, marinas, restaurants, and deli, as well as, a map of East Hampton, Springs, Wainscott, Amagansett, and Montauk
