I was in Rochester for hip replacement surgery and spent 3 days at the motel before returning home to GA. I had an accessible room that worked out very well, but there was only a desk chair. My daughter asked the desk clerk, Josh, for a comfortable chair for me to sit in. He allowed her to take a chair from the lobby. We were extremely grateful for this.
