Location was excellent. We enjoyed the seating area out front.

Love having breakfast at the garden. Josh’s specials are great! Drinks from the bar are also very good. The entire place is cute and one can really feel relaxed and at home. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Patio is perfect place for people watching while having some cocktails by the fire.

What a great location and a beautiful property. Stan and Josh were exceptional hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Pristine victorian Inn in Prime location for people watching. Art and artifacts to intrigue the eye throughout. Delicious breakfast. The owners really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Nice fire pit in front to keep you warm while people watching. We especially loved our little balcony up top. Would love to visit again next year, same time for our tenth year wedding anniversary. Thanks for a great stay

The location was the prime reason we booked here and it did not disappoint. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room every morning and was on time and hit the spot. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Real P-Town charm. Very homey. The owners went out of there way to make us feel special. There’s a very nice, furnished patio area complete with a fire pit and pretty flowers.

The breakfast was excellent. It included egg sandwich and yougart with fruit juice and many other options

Stan as an amazing host! So kind and helpful and really made you feel warm and welcome. The decor was gorgeous, bed was very comfortable, and private bathroom was a good size! Thank you so much!! We’ll definitely be returning!

Loved all of it. Room was cute and Stan and everyone were adorable, helpful and accommodating. The location is so central and I was made to feel home! -nour

Stayed here for a minimoon and it was lovely! The rooms and grounds are beautiful, and great location. They adapted their operations to the pandemic. The owners were so accommodating and a delight!

Josh and Stan
Upon a visit to Provincetown in 2014 Josh and Stan began looking for available properties in the area and learned their very favorite historic home was on the market! The magnificent house at 166 Commercial Street, (on the right which was part of The Prince Albert Guest House) was destine to become the new Queen Vic Guest House, the reigning Queen of Provincetown. Stan and Josh are in the throws of strategic and design planning as they become one of the first boutique properties listed as a ” Bed and Beverage ” incorporating their newly acquired full liquor license. They will continue to provide former and new guests with the highest level of comfort, service and all-around guest experience. Built on the foundation of their own love of personal engagement with their guests and a combination of new features, furnishings, offerings, their own luxurious signature style, and, a fresh new coat on a beautiful property surrounded by the magnificent beauty that is Provincetown, they know all who stay with them will feel just like royalty. Josh and Stan look forward to meeting everyone that is part of the history and the future of The Queen Vic Guest House.
Steps from the beach in the fabulous west end we provide a friendly atmosphere for ALL ( straight, gay, whatever) to enjoy. This beautiful treasure is close to the finest dining, clubs and right across from the world famous Tea Dance. Whether relaxing in the hot tub or in our beautiful gardens you will feel the magic which is P-town. A complimentary breakfast with fresh fruits and daily baked treats served each morning. Wi-Fi, flat screen TV’s with cable and mini fridges in every room. We are truly a magnificent place to watch the world go by while catching up with old friends or making new ones. Once you visit the Queen Vic you will always remember this crown jewel as the reigning Queen. If you need a place for weddings, family reunions, or a unforgettable long weekend getaway, we are there to help make any event special!
