I felt the hallways and the outside of the hotel are ignored and not kept cleaned...and when I booked our visit we booked a room with a microwave and mini fridge which we were not accomadated with and we brought food and beverages that had to stay in the cooler and the cooler had to be refreshed with ice throughout the weekend...and morning risers were very inconsiderate to those of us that were not early risers...a lot of door slamming which is the way the doors shut properly too secure the lock...maybe have the hotel inform guest with iternary about consideration policies

Floor lamp was broken in pieces and propped in a corner and bathroom lights didn't work in the 1st Room we were assigned, 2nd Room was OK. Room cards rarely worked. Hallways were filthy and rugs heavily stained

En route between Niagara Falls and NYC, we were looking for a hotel to spend the night. We booked in advance during daytime with specific instructions that we were 5 guests and an extra bed was required in the room for our teenager. We checked in at 4am. The night clerk was not friendly. No smile, no attention to customer, definitely not trying any kind of guests care. Then the room. What to say: the clerk had to add the extra bed we specifically asked for while booking, even though he mentioned at check-in time that it was already taken care of. Then we discovered the room. Really strong smell of humidity and fungus. We had no time to mention it to the clerk since he was already gone somewhere else. We had a 12-hours driving day and a visit a the Falls so we basically crashed in beds but not before opening widely the windows to try to get some fresh and respirable air in the room. Bed sheets smelling bad and sticky because of humidity. No fan in the bathroom neither, so after 5 people taking showers, this is not helping the cause here... Daytime staff was more friendly and listening to our feedback. She took notes and said we would receive a call from the Manager to explain the situation and receive customer care (because we had to pay full price despite the horrible night we had). We definitely are waiting for this call to happen. Take away: we cannot recommend the place. If you get Room 126, RUN AWAY!

Only one elevator in lobby....none near room. Hallway not air conditioned..very uncomfortably hot. Breakfast offerred was lacking quality on the preparation side. Eating area was very dated...Hotel was very dated...needs to be refreshed.

The plumbing in the bathroom was poor. The toilet was slow flushing and would take two or even three flushing to empty. The drainage in the shower was slow. Halfway through the shower i was standing in water.
