Featuring a portable AC unit in both the living room and master bedroom, this 1800 square foot property is situated on the second and third floor on a beautiful private corner surrounded by gently rustling palm-trees and a beautiful garden view. At the top of a short flight of stairs, you enter a large living room with the dining room separated by a breakfast bar from the expansive kitchen, featuring all the amenities. The condo is decorated in tasteful island tones and kick-back comfortable furniture under cathedral ceilings. The living room lanai is large enough for breakfast or cocktails and informal moon-lit dinners. The cool shade from the surrounding palms give the indoor and outdoor space a welcome oasis from a long day at the beach. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath, and separate lanai, while the second bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath across the hall, and the third floor bedroom is open and roomy with two twin beds and a half bath.
