Entire 2400 sqft lakefront home near everything in Anchorage. Majority of the local cuisine, shopping, and unique experience within 15 minutes of this location. Or just relax and enjoy everything this home has to offer. It includes private access to the lake with paddleboards for you to use during the summer, a fireplace for cold winter nights, and a large deck and backyard for BBQing. Additional convenience of full-sized washer and drier. Enjoy the entire home to yourself.
We are about 10 min south of the airport. Plenty of parking. Grocery store and a few restaurants are walking distance. Parks and fishing access is also walking distance. Lots of biking and hiking trails nearby. The best way to get around the city and the state of Alaska is by renting a vehicle rather than rely on our limited bus system. There is plenty of parking at the house. Uber/Lyft is also reasonable to get you pretty much anywhere. If you decide to bike it there are also plenty of trails to get you around.
