Property info

So comfortable and long stays welcome and encouraged. Hungarian white goose down bedding, comfortable beds, a home away from home. The home has all the updated conveniences of a modern home. Located within walking distance to grocery stores and theater. Yosemite park entrance is only 16 miles from house. Quiet neighborhood with two bedrooms two bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen and amenities. Central heat and air (heat pump), but when temperatures drop in low 30's guest use the whole house wood stove as main heat source. Ceiling fans in all rooms to cool house in summer and additional fans in the bedrooms. Please, no shoes in the house, Relax on the cozy deck and watch the birds and wildlife. In the summer BBQ on the grill and play a board or card game. Guest's love our collection of Yosemite books,, and 100 plus year old memorabilia, and vintage books on the pioneer women of Yosemite. High efficiency front loading washer and dryer with supplies. Please read our house rules before accepting your stay. No drippy foods on the furniture. Discounts for longer stays. x

Neighborhood info

Quite area walking distance to town. Mountain view from the Livingroom and master bedroom. Residential area with a woodsy feeling. Spring is one of prettiest times to visit when the tulips and narcissus are in bloom. At night you can often hear the wildlife. Deer, racoons, rabbits, bear, and other wild life roam the property nightly.
