United States of AmericaThe staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in Walnut Creek dealing a death in my family. I had to bring into the hotel boxes and boxes of paperwork to rifle through. They helped me get rid of a boatload recycled paper. Since I had to spend so much time in my room they brought up a microwave for me!! I could bring in to-go and hunker down without having to leave the room. Amazing.
