We adored all the retro decor - a record player was such a great added bonus, played some blues in the morning while getting ready. The apartment had everything we might have needed, added bonus - filtered water, thank you so much! Would stay again in a heart-beat <3

This apt was in a great location and reasonable priced for all popular spots in Memphis. Host was good at communicating and left detailed instructions. I really liked the private and secured parking. Apartment was very clean and roomy. after long days of sightseeing the bed was so comfortable and we slept like babies.

This is a retro-style apartment that is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Mid-town, Memphis. This apartment has been fully remodeled with new flooring, all new kitchen and bath cabinets, new countertops, stainless steel backsplash, all new appliances. Gorgeous courtyard with BBQ grills and gated, controlled access. Private parking area in the rear with gated, controlled access.
I like to give my guests their space but I can be reached at anytime via the Airbnb app.
Walking distance to Kroger, Baskin-Robins, Pizza Hut, and more! You are only 9 minutes from downtown Memphis and 4 minutes from Overton Square by car. By this being a centrally located apartment Uber would be your best friend to get around and explore the city. I would also like to acknowledge the rentable bicycles that are located on the corner of Avalon and Madison which is only 1 block from the apartment. There is also public transportation on Union Avenue as well.
