The area’s quiet, safe atmosphere and access to classic shops and restaurants add to the relaxing experience. Inside, the condo offers 1,200 square feet of stylish comfort with dark hardwood floors, plantation shutters, and tasteful furnishings throughout. The spacious living room features cozy seating, a gas-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, along with access to a private, wraparound patio where you can enjoy ocean breezes. The well-equipped eat-in kitchen includes granite counters, maple cabinetry, and seating for four—perfect for preparing meals at home. For nights when you’d rather dine out, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. With accommodations for up to six guests, the condo features two bedrooms and a queen pullout sofa in the living room.
