The top floor of this home boasts an open floor plan with a well-equipped island kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances and a sunlit living area beneath a vaulted ceiling with a large sectional and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. While river and mountain views can be enjoyed from inside, rolling up the huge bay door expands the space out to the furnished deck complete with a gas grill. Two of the four bedrooms can also be found on this level along with a laundry room with your own private washer/dryer. On the lower level, you'll find a spacious garage game room outfitted with a Pop-A-Shot basketball game and foosball, as well as two additional bedrooms. And when you want to get out on the water, this home shares a dock with a neighbor allowing you to tie off your own boat or cast a line and fish for salmon, walleye, and bass.
