Crystal at your front desk is exceptional - both on the phone and in person she's personable, hospitable and CARES. She deserves a raise!!! What a great person and we were very happy to see her again when we had to book 2 additional nights at the end of our trip (unexpectedly) due to the winter storm coming in. We were fishing at Kingfisher when they suggested we head back to Billings early.
