Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place right next to Tingley Beach duck pond, the Albuquerque Bio Park Zoo and walking/biking trails by the Bosque. The property is also located close to Old Town Albuquerque! We offer complimentary snacks, tea, coffee and a relaxing HOT TUB! 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Washer/dryer. (The property is shared with two other separate units, but each unit has its own private backyard and amenities!)

Neighborhood info

Barelas is a historic inner-city neighborhood of Albuquerque. It is located immediately south of Downtown. It was originally a separate village absorbed into Albuquerque during the railroad-fueled growth of the 1880s, but still retains a distinct identity. Established in 1662, it is the oldest city in ABQ. You will have your own private drive way right in front of the casita. You can park 2 vehicles single file in the driveway.
