The view was great, bed very comfortable, nice location, people around the city, the climate was fabulous. I really like my stay and I would even stay there in the future if I get the chance to be in San Antonio. 5 star easily

We had booked a room with a city view and were given a river view. This hotel is on a quiet side of the river walk and it was perfect! It was great to relax on the balcony in the morning. The room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. Great location!

United States of AmericaFirst of all, the hotel is beautiful inside. It has a nice atmosphere, very tranquil & the views are gorgeous. The check in staff along with the valets were so nice & polite, it was a pleasure interacting with all of them! Plus the valets were so prompt with getting our car each time, there was barely ever a wait even with the busiest times like check out. Our room was amazing & super clean. Especially loved the tub in our suite & how gigantic the bathroom was in general! My husband & I really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book there again in the future.
