The location is fantastic, a stone's throw from downtown areas, next to the seafront, it's fantastic. The staff were all absolutely awesome.

This location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants, the city and there are different ways of transportation as well, we used the ferry, Lyft, bikes, and bus. The amenities such as the pool, gym, restaurants and activities such as kayak and bike rental

[1] Breakfast is enough good for one-week-stay especially the on-site egg-cooking is very nice. [2] The room order that was "bay-view" & "two double beds" were properly filled (sometimes these orders are forgotten). [3] Stuffs including restaurant and shops are well trained and competent. [4] Location is excellent because the convention center is next, Trolly station is in front of the hotel. and bay-side walk easy access to activities such as kayaking, shopping and sightseeing.
