This property has everything you could want to have a relaxing vacation on a budget. We appreciated the full kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and more. The host and other guests were lovely to speak with and really felt like a group of family friends. We also appreciated the fact this location is pet-friendly.

So nice having the private beach just steps from our room. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Added bonus was that we saw a dolphin swimming by the morning we were leaving! Lots of restaurant options nearby. We definitely want to visit again!

We are a small quiet beach front property with only 6 villas. Well behaved dogs are welcome to vacation with their human family with previous approval. As a Superior Small Lodging property, we receive surprise inspections to insure high standards (we consistently win the White Glove award) The staff consist of me and a part-time housekeeper. We want all of our guest to feel like they are staying with family.
I am a former high school math teacher and advertising executive. I am originally from Ohio and gradually moved south.
The hotel is located in an area referred to as "the narrows". This is because we are in the thin section of a barrier island (there is the Gulf of Mexico, the hotel, the street, a restaurant, and then the intercoastal...no neighborhoods around) This allows our guest to feel like they are on their own private island. With all that peace and quiet, we are located near several metropolitan areas such as Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg. A vacation here allows you a variety of experiences and opportunities.
