Nestled between the Rich Mountain Wilderness and the entry point for the Appalachian Trail, this 2 bedroom log cabin is the perfect family-friendly escape. Listen to the noisy creek from the front porch, warm up in the hot tub or enjoy a cozy fire in the flat forested yard. This cabin comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a getaway with your family, and is close to an abundance of nearby adventures like hiking, kayaking, fly fishing, mountain biking and more. AWD/4WD required.
When I'm not wrangling 3 kids with my husband of 8 years, I'm only kind of trying not to drink another cup of coffee while hosting guests at our log cabin in Cherry Log, GA. I will be available via messaging during your stay, and will typically respond within the hour to most messages received between 7am - 10pm. We have connections in the area who are typically able to assist in person if there is an emergency.
The Cabin at Snail Trail is located in Cherry Log near the top of a remote mountain with only 6 other homes. The cabin is only 25 minutes from Downtown Ellijay or 30 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge, and even closer to many adventures like hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, tubing, gem-mining, apple-picking and more. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is required to access the cabin.
