Whether its the Cherry Festival, Film Festival, or year-round beer and wine tours, you will surely find something fun for all. Discover the Leelanau Peninsula between Lake Michigan and Grand Traverse Bay where historic port towns such as Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor, and Fishtown in Leland reside. Stop into boutiques, wineries, and breweries throughout these harbor towns. Traverse City is known as the “Cherry Capital” growing 74% of the country's tart cherries. If you happen to be visiting in the late June/early July months, be sure to check out the National Cherry Festival. When visiting in spring or fall take an enchanted tour of Michigan's Famous M-22, and enjoy the smell of cherry blossoms and vibrant changing leafs with the view of Lake Michigan on one side.
