The Hotel was clean, the staff did a wonderful job keeping the room clean, providing towels , and they were helpful. The bed was comfy and they kept clean linen on the bed. Overall it was a good stay. The price reasonable. It could have been a lot worse, I’ve seen a lot worse. No bugs!😁

It was my first time to stay at this location. I made reservations prior to my visit so checking in was easy and quick. The guest service specialist was friendly and informative about all the aminities they had to offer at this location. There is s Restaurant/Bar inside the hotel we had breakfast there twice the food was delicious. They have a fitness center available on the 5th floor with all working equipment. The hotel is beautiful and is centrally located in the galleria area. I recommend this location to anyone in town for business or vacation.

The staff was very professional and courteous. My only concern was that at check out on Monday, July 9, my hotel receipt was given to someone else in my party and not to me. I found out later that she had claimed to be me and that is why she was given the receipt. Nevertheless, this could have resulted in a serious breach of identity theft. Staff should always ask for a person's identification checking in or out.
