Stunning location at almost 7,000 feet. The cabin we stayed in was snug but we were visiting for a short stay and for the adventure. Worth spending a little more to get a larger cabin. It’s a small mountain resort a minimum hour and a half drive up. Expectations could be very low. But...it’s 100% worth the mountain road with more than 600 corners to get there. Restaurant was really great, expectations were low and were totally blown away. Staff were all awesome. Highly recommended and thank you to the Silver City Mountain Resort team!

Personell is very kind and helpfull!! Location is great within the woods, very quet, but it takes a ride to get there...cabin is very basic, but you have everything you need., even a fridge...you have a fireplace outside the cabin wich is great... and last for all, the toilet and shower facileties are very clean, modern and tidy...

I've put full marks for everything but there was a major issue that was sorted out. We were down for a studio apartment and it was absolutely not what we thought we were getting! One room (with a shower and bathroom) it was just a little bigger than a double bed!! Anyway we said we would not have booked the place if we'd have known it was only that big. They then put us in a 3 bedroom cabin with two floors, we went from the ridiculous to the sublime. Don't book a studio apartment unless it's only a bed you need because literally that's all you'll get. They were good to us and we thank them dearly.

Fantastic getaway far enough from civilization (i.e. mobile networks). Incredible nature around with all National Geographic sights & sounds. The sky full of stars you could not see down there at sea level. The place located at 2 km elevation, 34 km deep in the forest. Not a hotel, rather tourist camp with chalets and cabins. Great hiking opportunity for those who fit enough.

The photos don't really reflect how good this place is. Our one room chalet exceeded my expectations - a really luxury place with a beautiful soak bath, a really hot shower, a beautiful fire place in the cabin, a personal deck and an outdoor fire place. We did a round-trip from LA to SF along the coast first and through national parks on the way back, staying in 8 places and this was our absolute favourite. Really a place I wish we could stay longer. Beautiful nature, a beautiful cabin and a really helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make out stay enjoyable! Definitely a place I would recommend to all my friends who will travel in California

Located in the Sequoia National Park, this resort is surrounded by hiking, biking, and fishing areas. Some of the private cottages feature fully stocked kitchens. Free Wi-Fi is available in common areas.

Please Note: For reservations of 5 nights or more the hotel requires a 2 night nonrefundable deposit. A 48 hour grace period is given to cancel your reservation with a 100% refund.

Please Note: If reservations are canceled within 30 days of the reservation and the hotel is unable to fill the rental you are liable for 50% of the full amount of your stay.
