Uses the property for the extended family, therefore everything in this house is kept as for your own house and the guests asked to treat as well. Host cares about environment, and tries to use mostly biodegradable materials and or recyclable supplies/ tools

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sitting on 2 acres of property in ultimate privacy, the house is 5 minutes to downtown Tannersville with its shops and restaurants and only 8 minutes to Hunter ski resort. Walk or bike to a golf course via bike path steps from the house. Its fully rebuilt in wooden theme with high quality materials throughout. It has 3 bedrooms and a family room that can become a 4th bedroom. It has everything for your enjoyable and memorable stay.

You are in wooden area of the Tannersville outskirts. Bike path aka Gooseberry path is steps away. Tannersville Golf course is in walkable distance. Hunter ski resort is less than 10 minutes drive away. Windham and Belleayre skiing are about 20-30 minutes of drive. Meanwhile downtown Tannersville with its many restaurants, supermarket, farm market, gas station and more is within 5 minutes drive. Finally you are in the middle of many places of hiking and nature including Long Path, Devil Path, Kaaterskill Falls to mention a few.
