“The front desk clerk, Vickie, was phenomenal!! She was pleasant, courteous and went above and beyond. The property has been updated with a remodel during the last few years. The entrance and rooms are clean and attractive. The Sunday morning fourth floor EVS service person, Bridgette, was extremely helpful and willing to assist us even went it meant pausing from her duties for a second. My hands were full and I couldn’t open the door, she saw my struggle and instantly came over to assist. She was wearing a mask at all times. The Friday afternoon EVS person in fourth floor was not wearing a mask. Just very impressed overall!!! Vickie went above and beyond to supply us with to go breakfast bags before we went to church. When we asked for an extended checkout so that we could come back after church, she was very kind and accommodating. ” Read more
