Upon arrival Neal was very hospitable and gave us a lovely suite on the first floor to accommodate my disability! He was so personable and friendly and go figure, he’s a native New Yorker!!! Lol Will go back here again and again Beds were super comfortable rooms were huge full kitchen and living room.... Delightful stay!!!!
United States of AmericaWhen I arrived to the location I realized I booked the wrong Sonesta ES no big deal. I was checked in with ease and went to my room to relax. Upon entering the room I was overwhelmed with the smell of a dog and it was overpowering that I stepped back out of the room immediately. I called the front desk and was given another room and I was pleasantly please with the new room no issues at all.
