United KingdomThe room was nice, and there is a recliner chair that is very comfortable. There was space to exercise and iron my clothes, and the location is very convenient to Santa Clara college. Although the CalTrain goes right outside the window, it did not wake me up. The kitchen is great! Full size refrigerator, plates, cups, etc, stove. If you are staying in the area for a while, you could manage well with this kitchen. The staff person on the phone when I called to get my folio about 1.5 months after my stay was super friendly and helpful and made sure that I got the receipt that I needed.
United StatesOverall easy check in and check out. Room was a legit suite in that there was a chair to relax in and a desk to work. Bed was comfy and shower with very good pressure. Adequate parking and stores nearby for food and restaurants.
Japanthe property was very clean and bed was comfortable, I only stayed 2 nights but I slept good throughout the night. When checking in the front desk asked if I wanted to be on the side where you can’t hear the train pass by which was a good thing.
