entry is always really beautiful. The rooms are real nice but need some work cosmetic. The shower was great and there is a great bakery just up the street called Sugar Bakery.

LIked it all -- very comfortable and well-kept -- charming

Restaurant Stella for breakfast, rug in the elevator stated the day so it is changed every day. The books in the room were amazing. Very nice bed too. Oh the lotion is so good as well.

The historic building is beautiful inside and out. Our room was huge and very comfortable, especially the bed! The location could not have been more perfect for our purposes.

Beautiful old hotel that's been kept up very well. Beds are comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower, always a bonus! We stayed the night after a "silent reading party" which was a really fun night out for two book lovers. Staff is always kind and acommadating.

everything just perfect! it’s a beautiful grand old hotel with a joyful holiday feel. location worked well as we were headed to a lecture at Town Hall, a few blocks away

We like the atmosphere of a classic boutique hotel. Very comfortable room and good shower. Walking distance to the light rail. A few convenient stores and a great bakery nearby. Beautiful cathedral a block away.

beautiful hotel, close to many restaurants within walking distance, great friendly staff helping with anything you need, great brunch in room on the weekend

The suite was lovely and the staff was very helpful.

Hotel Sorrento is a beautiful property that has been refurbished to its original elegance being built in 1909. It is just the sort of hotel I enjoy. if you enjoy lovely architecture and old world charm this is a nice hotel for you. I would like to recognize Braden and Keirnan especially at the front desk as we had our most interactions with them. But everyone at the desk was friendly, professional and hospitable.
