If you're visiting in warm weather, this condo is close to a number of hiking options including the Sunset Ledge Trail Head where you can explore Mount Abraham, the fifth tallest peak in the state, just seven miles away. Take a short drive down to Blueberry Lake for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing, less than eight miles from your front door. And when the snow is falling, this rental is just a little over a mile from Sugarbush for prime snowboarding and downhill skiing. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is an additional sleeping option in the loft, access is made by a steep ladder. Please use caution. No cable or streaming services are available. Guests are permitted to bring their own streaming device.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
