It is located in 24hr gated complex with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers a large heated pool and jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis and basketball court, BBQ area and kid's playground. Located in prestigious area of Miami, only 4 minutes drive to the closest Sunny Isles public beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher and offers a large dining table and breakfast bar with bar stools. Smart TV in each bedroom and free wifi. Washer and Dryer conveniently located in the unit. 6 Beach chairs and beach towels for your use. Balcony overlooks green trees and marina with beautiful yachts. Free parking is included. Walking distance to famous Aventura Mall and movie theatre. Aventura Circle walk/jog path is right outside the condo complex which offers bike rental, green trees, palms with lots of shade for your morning walks or bike ride along famous Turnberry Golf Couse. Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino is close by for your evening entertainment.
