Welcome to our brand new, tastefully decorated house...centrally located and perfect whether you are here for a business trip or a family vacation! Being just 5 minutes from LAX Airport, the 405 Freeway, Sofi Stadium and The Forum is incredibly convenient for travelers. Additionally, having easy access to iconic destinations like Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood and Beverly Hills as well as Disneyland and Universal Studios means guests can explore a wide range of places during their stay! Our house comfortably accommodates 4 guests in the two bedrooms. We can also provide a premium ultra comfortable air-mattress with an embedded air-pump for a 5th guest upon request (fee applies). A total of 5 guests can sleep in the house. Please note that this unit is the front unit on the property. There is also a back unit at the end of the driveway. NOTE: Max occupancy of 6 people at any given time. This means NO PARTIES, NO BIG DINNERS. We use the cameras outside to see how many guests check in or arrive at the house. Please note that this is a residential neighborhood with mostly families and children. Because of this please limit outside hours to 11pm on weekdays and 12am on weekends. Very important: smoking is only allowed in the patio area. Please make sure to close the house doors and windows when smoking as the smell can easily get into the property and stay there. This applies to cigarettes and weed. Guests will have their own private entrance to access the house: this includes a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, a laundry room underneath and 2 bedrooms. For your convenience the house has a smart-lock on the door (meaning no keys are required)! Fast wi-fi internet, washer and dryer with detergent, 2 parking spots and an outdoor patio for your enjoyment. Climate control can be found in each room so every guest can set the temperature according to their own individual preferences and comfort.

We are big on gastronomy and travel frequently (preferably with our 2 huskies :) We also love scuba diving and exploring nature. If you want any recommendations on LA we are happy to help. We love Southern California for the diversity it has to offer and are sure that after a long day of work or a fun filled day exploring you will enjoy chilling in our backyard with your friends and family!
AIRCRAFT NOISE: The house is close to the LAX landing path. Light sleepers, toddlers or the elderly may find the noise too loud. HERE IS THE GOOD NEWS: 1) The FAA prohibits airplanes from landing between midnight and 6 AM to guarantee quiet hours for the area. 2) Air traffic decreases significantly by around 10pm each night compared to the busy hours of the day. 3) The house has double-paned windows which block out most of the noise. 4) Each room has its own AC unit so there is no need to open the windows during hot nights. 5) Statistics: -Most of the past guests found the noise unnoticeable. -In a few cases the noise was noticeable but not an issue. -In one case the noise was too loud for a toddler. Note: Based on our experience wherever you are staying in a bustling metropolis like LA, which has a vibrant and active atmosphere, there will occasionally be noise from factors such as: helicopters, dogs, parties, loud people, traffic, fireworks and ambulances. Enjoy Southern California! NARROW DRIVEWAY: A few guests have found the driveway leading to the parking area to be too narrow and have said that they struggle when reversing. I personally find the driveway to be about average for the area and moreover any densely populated area of Los Angeles. Most of the guests who complained about the driveway brought huge trucks and SUVs. They still made it through the driveway but with a little bit of struggle. When parking please come all the way up to the garage door and park in front of it. Do not park in the driveway or block it at any time. We want to make sure guests staying in either the front or the back unit can come and go at their own convenience and without any difficulty. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE NO SMOKING ON THE BALCONY NO SMOKING ON THE STAIRS NO SMOKING IN THE DRIVEWAY NO SMOKING IN THE PARKING AREA NO SMOKING IN THE GARAGE SMOKE IN THE PATIO AREA ONLY!!! One ashtray is available in the patio area.
