From the moment you step inside this light-filled condo in Summer House Villas, you'll be treated to wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the palms swaying in the breeze. Watch the waves roll in from the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, and the primary suite, and enjoy easy oceanfront access to the beach and a community swimming pool. The beach and the pool are just a few steps away, allowing you to easily spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking long walks on the sand. Venture across the street for breakfast or lunch at the golf course pro shop, then hit a few balls on the driving range or play a round of golf. The heart of downtown Isle of Palms - with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants - is four miles west, and the world-famous restaurants of historic downtown Charleston (17 miles west) are an easy day trip away. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No Sportscard (Wild Dunes' amenities are limited to golf, the pool, dining, and bike trails). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
