  • This is a bed and breakfast, but I don't understand the difference between the two options left. There is a pricing for $884 and $931? I am travelling with my Mom so at the very least prefer two twin beds

We have a home that is at the end of quiet cul-de-sec in valley Glen , LOS ANGELES .With large yard ,fruit tree and outdoor seating. Your room have hardwood floor,QUEEN bed ,small fridge for beverages,and cable T.V &WiFi for your enjoyment .It accommodates for 2 people . The room has privet entrance .private bathroom with a shower .It includes a basket of complimentary .fine toiletries,towels fresh linens ,tow inviting chairs a desk ,tea maker, and microwave. The room is professional cleaned before each guest arrived .We served continental breakfast include ;coffee, tea ,cereal w/fruit ,yogurt, juice ,same snack ,cookies,muffins . less.
We lives in this neighborhood 30 years it has been a great location for raising our 3 children.I am currently on art teacher at Senior Home. My husband is ruining his own business of carpeting floor covering for 40 years .We have hosted many international exchange students when our kids were in school .We love meeting and talking to new people ,it our pleasure to host you in our home looking forewords to meeting you .
We are great location within a short distance (10 min drive )is the Sherman Oaks Galleria which offer movies and as well food ,good restaurants to choose .There are small boutiques to explore on Venture Blvd . Throughout the year there is outside entertainment live bands with all types of music .For outdoor enthusiasts a few blocks a way is HAZELTINE PARK where there is a running track ,Tennis ,Basketball court ,and Olympic pool. There Freeways 101, 405, 170 will take you to many of L.A main tourist attraction . including ;Universal -Studio ,Universal city walk ,Hollywood, Getty museum ,all of which only a 15-20 min. Disneyland ,Magic -Mountain and beautiful beaches of Malibu ,Santa Monica, Venice Beach And boardwalk are must see .you can use the L.A Public Transit system ,buses, subway and taxis. renting a car is recommended since LA such a huge city .
