United States of AmericaMy debit card got stolen a day before check in, i was traveling 4 hours from my hometown to pick up my step son and spend a few days with him. I got there by 10 AM and no hotels were allowing me to check in before 3PM. I was tired from getting out of work so late and the few hour drive i had to make. The man at the desk let me check in by 11 AM and let me pay cash since my debit card was stolen. Didn’t get a chance to tip him when i left because he wasn’t there, but i appreciate him so much for what he did for me.
