The take out area next to the cafe had an incredible selection of breakfast items, such that we skipped breakfast at the cafe, where we had a late dinner the previous evening. The service was incredible at the cafe.

    The staff was helpful.

The staff was helpful. The facility needs a lot of work....updating and cleaning. It smells and looks BAD! There is trash, bits of white paper on the floors and the carpets are FILTHY! You need to invest some of your proceeds back into that motel, or raze it to the ground and start over!

This property somehow got thru Booking.com's safety net!

This property somehow got thru Booking.com's safety net! Other arriving prospective guests.. relying on Booking.com having thoroughly vetted the property for safe and comfortable occupancy.. might well have been terrified by an experience similar to mine when I attempted to check-in!

The town of Ferndale is a small town , but Ferndale it’s self stretches out far with farming , and the reservation , close to Lummi Island and Sandy point great areas for fishing , sailing any water sports and has many trails and parks . The Silver Reef is very easy to find off of the freeway.

We really loved the spectacular views from our room!

We really loved the spectacular views from our room! Looking out our window Westward to see Puget Sound and the gorgeous sunset one direction, with the Nooksack River Delta and wetlands as well. Then to the East snow capped Mount Baker was a treat. We enjoyed the great & incredible customer service from the second we walked in! The hotel staff greeting and personal assistance with attention to details was very outstanding. Their friendly greeting, and nice, smooth check in was an amazing way to start!

The location and accessibility to the water is great.

The location and accessibility to the water is great. There are so many country roads off of the beaten path. We had a wonderful time driving around and exploring areas and places that we hadn't been to or seen yet. It was very relaxing and fun. Enjoyed Semiahmoo harbor, Drayton Bay, Birch Bay, Cherry Point.

Friendly & helpful staff at hotel. Rooms are cleaner than any hotel Ive been to. Sheets and towels were as white as snow. Roulette spinner was very upbeat with great sense of humor. Pizzanini calzone was $10 and so huge I ate 1/2 for lunch and the rest for dinner. Very fun stay. Highly recommended!!!
