The first floor provides a spacious and seamless flow between the kitchen, living and dining areas! The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating, including 2 oversized chairs and a plush leather couch. The living and dining areas are bathed in sunlight during the day. The formal dining area has seating for 7 guests, and the well-appointed kitchen is perfect for a relaxing family dinner after a great beach day. There are 6 additional dining seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The spacious kitchen features plenty of counter space and a large basin sink. Sleeping arrangements on the first floor include a King Suite with direct pool access. Also located on this level is a half bath for easy access from the private pool. Just up the stairs to the second floor, you’ll find the second living area featuring a large flat screen TV and beautiful glass and crystal accents on the coffee table and end tables. The sleeping arrangements on this floor are a plenty with 3 King Suites, a bunk room with a private bath and 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The living area also features a sleeper sofa for 2 guests. Centrally located on the second floor is the large laundry room area. Take one last stroll up the stairs and relax in luxury on the third floor in the sprawling and exquisite Master King Suite. The Master Suite encompasses the entire third floor. A massive private bath with a soaker tub and walk-in shower are fit for relaxation! Set on perfectly polished black and while tiled flooring, we’d say this really is the “Stairway to Heaven.” Soak up the Florida sunshine or relax in the evenings in or around your private 20' x 15' pool or enjoy cooking dinner on your large private grill. The neighborhood is friendly and perfect for relaxing family vacations. Guests also have access to one of two community swimming pools. This home offers parking for up to 6 vehicles depending on size.
