The staff were so friendly and the facilities were exceptional. I didn't have time to use the gym or spa but the room was so nice and the bathroom was excellent. The view was nice as well and the building was easy to navigate. PLUS complimentary parking! Incredible value, especially for the location.

The gym is three stories of equipment, specialized rooms for yoga, boxing, Pilates, just to name a few. The staff was very gracious and treated you as if you were in their home. Very lovely.

The breakfast was great at the hotel. I wish the spa was open a little earlier and later in the day as I really wanted to take advantage of the spa services but they were only open during times when I was occupied with work.

There was a lot of space in the hotel room to store luggage, parking was a plus. I will stay here again the next time I visit Chicago.
