Come to the heart of the Florida Keys - relax & unwind in a Certified Butterfly Garden, lounge on the lanai, or enjoy the ocean view in the hot tub. Spacious home near restaurants and attractions (Turtle Hospital, Aquarium, & Dolphin Center), as well as Sombrero and Coco Plum beaches. Bahia State Park is just beyond the world-famous 7-mile bridge. Activities include fishing, diving, snorkeling, boating (nearby boat ramps), jet skiing, golfing, kayaking, & biking. Key West is only an hour away. 7 night minimum per Marathon rules.
My husband and I love the Florida Keys area, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to share our home with others who travel into the area. There are so many wonderful and fun things to do and see.
Cute, quiet neighborhood in the heart of Marathon. Come relax in our charming traditional Florida Keys conch cottage, with tile and terrazzo floors throughout. Including a spacious, fully screened back porch, the length of the house adds more room for entertaining or enjoying the beautiful flower gardens. Attached garage for convenience, storage and protected parking. Also, enjoy the 4 bikes, cooler, and beach chairs in the sunny warm weather. It is nestled privately in a Marathon Garden Club-certified Monarch Butterfly Garden and Florida-friendly landscaping. Parking is easy, even if you have a boat trailer and there are 4 bikes which can get you around Marathon via bike path. A local taxi service cheap and convenient.
