Well updated, nice pool, great communication!" Other amenities: → Air mattress → High chair → Central AC + Heating → Cuisinart drip style coffee maker → Kids playground → Picnic table Please note the apartment is located on the first floor. The swimming pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. We work hard to get this done as quickly as possible so our guests can enjoy the pool. Entire space is included in this rental including the gym, pool, kids play area, outdoor BBQ grill, picnic tables & covered parking. Please, make yourself at home. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We require a credit card on file for a security deposit / incidentals for all bookings at our property. You will be provided a link to complete the security deposit after booking. We place a credit hold security deposit of 300, 24 hours before your arrival and the deposit is fully refunded within 24 hours of departure as long as house rules are observed and there are no damages to the property.

EXCELLENT neighborhood located 1 mile from OU Campus/Campus corner and Downtown Norman. There's so many wonderful restaurants close by including The Mont, Winstons, The Garage, Scratch and Neighborhood Jam to name a few.
