The Doll House, a historic Queen Anne Victorian, is located in Andes on 1.5 acres bordering a mountain creek. We are a short walk to downtown dining and shopping. The entire house can accommodate 10 guests in four bedrooms plus studio apartment and 5 bathrooms. The lower level boasts a recreational space with a sauna (extra fee), pool table, bar and TV area. There are 4 TVs in the house, 2 of them in the rooms. The living rooms has a wood fireplace, a Steinway piano and is a great space to relax after spending a day on the slopes skiing...Please see photos and read room descriptions. The house is a favorite with wedding and skiing groups. Each bedroom also rents separately as a separate listing to accommodate smaller groups. The manager lives off the property when the entire house is rented and can be easily reached. No parties are allowed!

My husband and are both world travelers having worked in and visited many countries and cultures. We both cook and enjoy various cuisines. We love the City where Paul spent most of his life. We are both retired and spend time between the USA, Dominican Republic and Europe. We enjoy Andes tranquility, and our historic one-of-the-kind house which we lovingly renovated making into a home with all modern amenities. And we love to host people...We want our guests to experience the entire property-inside and outside with its water features and beautiful gardens. We are always available via messaging to answer any questions you might have to help you plan and enjoy your stay at the historic Andes Doll House. The guests can communicate with the manager and the owner via the BOOKING platform on any issues or questions during their stay. RING electronic doorbells (2 units total) are installed on the front entrance door and the back deck guest entrance door for guests' convenience and added security. The manager receives the notifications on his mobile phone and can interact with guests if needed-audio and video, via a RING phone.

The Doll House, a Victorian Manor featuring upscale, yet comfortable amenities is an ideal home to enjoy cool summer evenings in the heart of the Catskills. The house boasts large back deck with a BBQ grill, nice front porch for eating outside and gorgeous perennial gardens on the babbling stream bank and around the house. The guests favorite spot is the eat-in gourmet cooks kitchen, with Vulcan stove/oven, butcher block counter with bar chairs and a wicker furniture sitting area with outdoor views of the orchard and beautifully landscaped grounds. A bar area for whipping up cocktails or popping champagne from the stainless fridge. Cheers!
