From September 2 to November 15, 2025. The Dover House Resort will undergo a roof replacement to enhance our property. Guests can expect workers on-site and some daytime construction noise and debris. We’re committed to minimizing disruption and ensuring guest comfort throughout the project.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform The Dover House Resort of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of $250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
