Like I said previously, if you do not look 55 or older, do not go here. The service was extremely disappointing. We planned a night to have a special meal. We had to end up canceling, mid meal, because the staff was so rude to us. We started our meal, after we were ignored for drinks we let it slide. Once we ordered our appetizer and our server threw it on our table without saying a word, we decided it was time to cancel. We had a fantastic time. Overall it was a very relaxing stay. Great location. You must try Grandma’s corner restaurant! Had the best omelette and hash browns ever!!!!! That says a lot, as I’m a food snob. After stuffing ourselves, we drove south to Seaside to pick up a few things we forgot. Then we drove North again, to Sunset beach for a beach cleanup. After we finished there, we headed to Astoria to visit Fort George Brewery. Wow, beautiful beer. It was amazing to go home to our condo rental. It was so tranquil after a busy day. We were excited to learn we had access to ESPN, so we were able to watch the 2nd half of the Blazer game! I wish I was still there...

It was just perfect, everything went well. Everyone enjoyed the stay . We are planning on another family trip for next year and we will definitely be going back to Gearhart by the Sea. Great place for vacation!!
