It’s fairly close to everything. With it not being too close to the French Quarter it made the price a little bit cheaper.

Rolph United States of America

Staff was AMAZING. Especially Maroln and the bartender with the Nike tattoo!! Great place!!

Leo United States of America

The bed was super comfy! I loved the separate rooms so I wasnt closed in. Also our room was on the end and facing another building so it gave us a lot more privacy with the curtains open. Honestly, perfect room for our weekend. Gorgeous hotel.

Mandy United States of America

Breakfast was continental; juice, coffee and pastries only. Would highly recommend the addition of toast and cereal at a bare minimum.

Don United States of America

The hotel had no pool and no shuttle service, but they make up for that with the staffs charm and chic indigenous inspired decor! The rooms have classic old town New York loft vibes! The hotel is located in The Warehouse District of New Orleans, but it’s about a 20-30 minute walk near Bourbon street. There’s so many things to check out in the area: Local restaurants, dive and craft bars, coffee shops, convenient stores, and places to shop! I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place!!! It made my stay extra special!

Kishia United States of America

Lovely property! Pictures don’t do justice to the rooms!

Rosary United States of America

The Mercantile exceeded my expectations. At first, I was a little disappointed with the location close to downtown and lack of onsite parking (valet was something like $45/night!), though there's metered street parking in the area which I ended up using. Staff was excellent--friendly and helpful. Room was larger than expected; really liked the old record player in the room (still operational and there were a couple albums kept nearby though I didn't play any). That and the lobby area helped give the place much more character reflecting its grand old days as a sugar-processing facility. WiFi seemed to be sufficiently fast enough for my work. Would definitely stay again.

Mark United States of America

Suite was beautiful and clean. Great location! Friends were staying at the Hilton but The Mercantile felt cozier and a lot more ‘New Orleans-y’

Amy United States of America

The hotel is very clean and I could walk to the parades from the hotel

Brittany United States of America

The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room facilities are exceed my expectation, the room was nice clean and plenty of spaces with extraordinary amenities (2 widescreen tv, gramophone and robot control system!!!). Very worthwhile.
