United States of AmericaI'm not sure why this hotel got so many low-rate reviews. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had all we needed and that we were comfortable from check-in to check-out, fast service too! Our King Room was great! Nice comfy bed, complete room with tv, alarm clock and AC. The bathroom was fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer that came in handy. We didn't use the amenities (outside bar/lounge) but everything was clean and polished. Would stay again for sure, the location was perfect for my needs in West Hollywood.

I also was giving a voucher for 2 free drinks . the only problem I had is that this hotel is really not family oriented. the shower has no privacy if you have your teen kids with you in the room. the shower and toilet area are stained glass but can see through when light is on. no privacy. but everything else was great!
