Our villa is located on the much sought after and beautiful ‘up-market’ community Of Orange Tree. The Community of Orange Tree has on site a Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court; Kiddies play area and is just 13 miles from Disney Main Gate and a 30mins drive from all the other Orlando Attractions. It is 5 minutes to the 24hr SUPER WALMART, WINN DIXIE supermarket, two large pharmacies, Post Office and 24hr Petrol Station. There are several fast Food Restaurants and eating in restaurants close by. We also have a south facing, upgraded 30ft X 15ft fully screened pool with colored lighting and spa (pool heat available upon request). To ensure a tranquil outlook the pool area has open, conservation views, as well as a combination of plants, trees and hedging to provide additional privacy from adjacent properties. There is an extra large decking area for lounging, which enjoys sunshine from early morning until dusk, which has a lanai for those preferring a little shade.
My name is Janni, and I am married to Jens - we have two wonderful children. We love traveling, and have been coming to Florida for the past 13 years. We also love other parts of the US, hiking in national parks and exploring the many facets of the US culture.
Orange Tree the community of which The Oasis is located has a Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court and a children's Play Area. Just 5 miles down the road there is a National Park where you are able to fish or walk around. There are several golf courses in the area too. We are just 13 miles from Disney Main Gate, 24 miles from Universal and 19 miles from Sea World and a short drive from all the other Orlando Attractions. It is 5 minutes to the 24hr SUPER WALMART, WINN DIXIE supermarket, two large pharmacies, Post Office and 24hr Petrol Station. There are several fast Food Restaurants and eating in restaurants close by. Orlando International Airport is just 24 miles, Sanford 45 miles and Tampa Airport 60 miles. Both Gulf and Atlantic Coast beaches can be reached in about one hour.
